Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We currently ship to the United States only. Once your order has been processed, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us at hello@dearher.co and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Important Note Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. As a result, orders may arrive in separate packages if you've ordered multiple items.
